Ingredients:
A half full bowl of warm water.
3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.
3 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil.
3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil.
Method:
1. Fill a bowl half full of water.
2. Add the essential oils.
3. Sit comfortably and soak your feet for about 15 minutes. Enjoy your footbath while reading or watching your television or surfing the internet.
4. Pat your feet gently dry with towel.
5. If you wish, you can massage your feet with aromatherapy massage oil or foot cream.
