EezzyNour Soothing and Cooling Footbath (Peppermint, Chamomile and Lavender)

Ingredients:

A half full bowl of warm water.

3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.

3 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil.

3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil.

Method:

1. Fill a bowl half full of water.

2. Add the essential oils.

3. Sit comfortably and soak your feet for about 15 minutes. Enjoy your footbath while reading or watching your television or surfing the internet.

4. Pat your feet gently dry with towel.

5. If you wish, you can massage your feet with aromatherapy massage oil or foot cream.

EezzyNour Skin Tonic and Eye Brightener (Mango, Orange and Carrot)

Ingredients:

Half cut mango (peeled, remove seed and cut)

1 orange (peeled and cut)

4 carrots (peeled and cut)

Method:

1. Put the mango, orange and carrots into the juicer/blender.

2. Blend or extract juice.

Skin tonic, eye brightener and anticancer.

EezzyNour Energizer (Dates and banana)

Ingredients:

300ml milk (can also use natural yoghurt).

6 dates (remove the seed).

2 bananas (peeled).

 A pinch of ground cinnamon.
 
Method.
1. Cut the fruits into small chunks.
2. Put into blender.
3. Add milk or yoghurt. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a  glass.
5. Sprinkle with the ground cinnamon.
